2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you visit the website, server log files are automatically stored (IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, date and time). This is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and functional operation). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Contact Form

When you use our contact form, your details (name, email address, message, and optionally phone number and company) are processed to handle your enquiry. The data is transmitted via the Web3Forms service (operator: Web3Forms, USA) and forwarded to our email address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing for pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Data is not passed on to third parties and is deleted after the enquiry is completed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The Tag Manager itself does not set cookies and does not process personal data.
